Terrace Room

Bern The Chef is the inhouse caterer for the Terrace Function Room. This venue is a flexible meeting space available for hire on a regular or casual basis. Packages include meeting refreshments with tea, freshly brewed coffee & chilled beverages, morning & afternoon teas, sandwich lunches, seminar & all day conference menus & evening presentation cocktail events.

About the room

Availibilty

The room is available for hire 7 days a week, from 7.00am – midnight, Monday to Sunday. No music after 10pm. To book please contact the Council’s Facilities Officer directly on (02) 9911 3555 during business hours or email them.

Capacity

The carpeted venue space is approximately 189m2 with a seating capacity of 189 occupants. There is a retractable stage, 150 chairs and 22 trestle tables available onsite with access to an external terrace.

Technology

There is an in-house AV (Audio Visual) system available for use. If you require the AV system, please contact Council’s Facilities Officer to arrange an appointment during business hours for training and testing your equipment.

Parking

There are approximately 200 car spaces in the Council Car Park available at this location for hirers and visitors (entry via Little Street, 3 hours free parking).
